What is your cancellation policy?

Should you wish to make changes, please contact us at +65 6333 0021 or with the outlet's mobile contact number at least 1 working day prior to your reservation slot and the next booking will be subject to availability.

The promotion is valid for first time customer aged 18 and above. Promotion is open to Singapore, PR and valid work pass holders only. For minors age 18 and below, a parental approval and presence is required..

Is there any down time associated with this treatment?

Our services are 100% safe and non-invasive with no downtime. You can continue with your regular activity. However, we highly encourage prolonged exposure under the sun; saunas; swimmings or salon tanning; intensive exercise or hard chemical peel treatments within the first 24 hours.
